I had the privilege of preaching last Lord's Day at Grace Gospel church in Calgary. The text was Galatians 1:6-9.

Now that I'm back in Canada for a bit, I had the opportunity to join some other Open Air Preaching at Eau Claire Market in Calgary (near the bridge to Prince's Island Park). Canadians are a way different audience that Bahamians, but ALL need HIM. This opportunity to preach yielded several very interesting conversations.

Love this spot, right in front of Straw Market near Cruise Ship Docks, right on water front. Bahamians are very attentive and polite, while tourists are less-so. LOTS of people here the Gospel here. Bahamians keep trying to get me to move closer and to preach while walking up and down the isles of market so everyone gets to hear.

We attended a 'church' service on Volleyball Beach in Georgetown Bahamas, where false-doctrine was 'preached'. Funny enough, some there invited me to preach at an Easter Sunrise Service the next Lord's Day, on the eastern shore of Stocking Island ... of course I accepted. The Lord was gracious and we had the opportunity to proclaim the Gospel clearly to a good sized crowd. Listen and forward your comments.

Some locals organized a more formal Street Meeting, with music and amplifier. Some folks walked in from the docks, got a beer at the local bar/liquor store and came over and sat down to listen.

I was having a tough day & though I'd some scriptures in mind, while driving downtown to preach I just couldn't imagine preaching on what I'd planned. I pulled over to the side of the road & began to think and pray. I decided to preach on having a 'bad day'. As I stood up and began to ask if anyone listening had ever had a 'bad day' heads began to swivel around and listen; I then continued with a story, leading to Isaiah 53. I used the lyrics of 'Amazing Grace' to begin preaching and open up the scriptures and preach the Gospel. A man approached me afterwards for a tract and told me he'd been thinking of what I was saying, he said he was not born again. I was able to talk with him for a while (forgotten his name by tonight)...pray for him.

Another day preaching in Downtown Freeport, Bahamas. I was approached by a number of folks after preaching this time, even invited to a church in a neighbouring town. I was able to talk more with Stephen, pray that our Lord will bring him to repentance.

Another day of preaching at the downtown busstop in Freeport, Bahamas. Stephen interupts alot, but finally sees he is lost and on his way to Hell (not sure how much comes through on recording). Pray for him!

Another man, stands transfixed the last ten or fifteen minutes and came forward at the end to get a tract....pray for him.

My young son came with me this time. He suggested we move down a little to preach, where there were more buses parked. Drivers and passengers listened. One bus was getting ready to leave, behind where I wanted to preach. I asked if they minded me preaching in front of their bus. They didn't. It seems like they were about to leave 'till I started, and seemed to stay to hear me preach.

I'm nothing special, just a nobody, telling everybody about somebody who can save anybody.

Open Air Preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, downtown Freeport, Bahamas at the central bus stop; where dozens of buses gather and lots of people standing around. I was privledged to be able to stand and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ here, some folks listening intently, some listening from afar, a bus driver leaning out of his bus to hear & still others stitting, drinking beer and tryin to ignore me. Several folks came to talk afterwards, taking tracts.

A group of us from GNN (TheGreatNews.com) went on a Christian cruise (Cruise With A Cause) as street evangelism trainers and leaders. The last night five or six of us stood up with a portable amp in one of the dining areas and preached. My battery lasted only to record me preaching and the start of my brother Franklin. You might ask why we were preaching the Gospel to Christians on a Christian cruise; the answer is that many, many who call themselves Christians are not (Mathew 7).

I've been a little distracted with some recent medical information; my mind wasn't in preaching....Bobby began introducing me to those standing around & announcing that I was about to start preaching....talk about a push. I'm glad he did it; I might sound a bit scattered as I start but preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ for HIS Glory is such a priveledge....Glad I did!

This week Bob and I stayed much later than usual & had much more interaction with people as we open-air preached. We start the day doing one-to-one evangelism, using tracts to break the ice and start conversation, and then later on in the afternoon we open-air preach.

We were able to open air preach this week un-molested by police. Sam got up open air to read scripture for the first time. Bobby encounters a mocker of the Gospel. A group from a Brazilian Church joins to assist in reaching the lost with the message of the Gospel.

This message "What is Christianity?" was interupted by the Lee County Sheriff's Deputy. There is an interesting development on that front....I will blog later on www.repentanceforgrace.com.

Bobby and I preaching at Fort Myers Beach. A drummer took our usual spot (you will hear him in background) so we found this other spot....good spot to preach. Pray for those that heard....quite a few listening....even some Christians who were convicted that they too should be sharing/preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

After sitting out the rain for a while, most of us went home. I hung around for a while & walked around a bit. I was going to leave, when I man I'd talked to earlier came up to me at my car....we talked for a long-time. I them asked if he'd volunteer as my rent-a-crowd and stood across from an icecream shop and preached. Quite a few people stopped to listen....pray they will be convicted of sin and brought to repentance.

Open Air Preaching of the Gospel.

This was in the party district in Tempe Arizona, near the university on SuperBowl weekend....like the busiest bar district I've seen X10....amazing. The police only complained when we began to block foot traffic a little....thousands and thousands on the street. I trust seeds of the Gospel were planted.

What you will not get from either piece is the man who was standing his back to me listening over his shoulder; I approached him as soon as I was done. He said that my God had no room for people like him; he is a homosexual. His partner showed up & I had the opportunity to talk to them both, showing their guilt before God, despite their sin of homosexuality...that I too had broken the commandments, like them. May God bring them to repentance. This is a little rought, I'm just learning to open air preach.
